If you choose this option, the credit card charge authorisation form must be downloaded, filled in and signed by the cardholder and returned by email to: alojamientos.tecnimap@zaragoza.es.
In the event of not receiving any proof of payment documentation before 12 March 2010, we shall proceed with the cancellation of your room in order to avoid hotel cancellation charges.

It is a mandatory requirement for the reservation of accommodation that you are registered at the conference.
The specially negotiated rates are not available on making direct bookings at the hotels.
