Booking procedure
Booking is made online using the form available on this website.
Payment terms
Payment terms 50% of total payable on making the booking. Remaining 50% before 10 March 2010. Payment method is via bank transfer.
Sponsors with a 40m2 stand or larger with an individual free design format will receive a discount on the hire charge of €3,000 or €5,000 according to sponsorship level (Gold or Platinum respectively).
Sponsorship modes
There are three modes of sponsorship:
- Platinum Level Sponsor: 110.000 Euros
- Gold Level Sponsor: 50.000 Euros
- Collaborator Level Sponsor: 20.000 Euros
Rates for booking modular stands without sponsorship
- 340 €/m2 (including VAT), in the case of public bodies
- 440 €/m2 (including VAT) for private companies
