Special Conditions

Gold and platinum sponsors which present their own individual stand design will benefit from a discount of 3,000 € and 5,000 € respectively.

Additional registrations

Further inscriptions, irrespective of the level of collaboration, will be charged at 375 € (including VAT)

Form of payment

50% of the total amount on making the reservation. The remaining 50% before 30 March 2010.

Stand equipment

• The built stand includes carpet and a signboard with the the name of the company
• Obligatory Third Party Liability Insurance.
• Obligatory Damage Insurance.
• Cleaning of the stand.
• Electrical consumption.
• 4 bases each with 3 plugs (6 bases in stands of 40 m2 and 8 in stands of 80 m2 or more)

General rules

Merchandise reception

All merchandise must be perfectly identified and must indicate in a visible place: "11th Conference on Information Technology for the Modernisation of Public Administration TECNIMAP 2010”, the name of the exhibiting company and the stand number. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

Warning

Damage to the installations is prohibited; it is not permitted to paint, pierce, drill, or to use nails in any of the structural elements of the hall or the stands. It is not permitted to perforate the pathways nor to attach anything to them with contact glue or similar.

During the stand assembling and dismantling period, it is obligatory that all excess material be removed.

The contracting party is liable for the loading and unloading of all material that they require for the celebration of the Conference. Under no circumstances may materials or objects be introduced into the halls which block or impede the hall exits.

Other services
