The last day for booking a stand is 1 March.
Make your booking online by filling in the registration form which is available on the portal.
Payment method 50% on making the booking and the remaining 50% before 30 March, by bank transfer.
Sponsors with a 50 m2 stand (or larger) who create their own individual design will benefit from a discount in the rental cost in line with the sponsorship level: 3,000 Euros for Gold Level and 5,000 Euros for Platinum Level.

All merchandise must be perfectly identified and must state clearly: "11th Conference on Information Technology for the Modernisation of Public Administration TECNIMAP 2010”, the name of the exhibiting company and the stand number.

Damage to the installations is prohibited; it is not permitted to paint, pierce, drill or to use nails in any of the structural elements of the hall or the stands. It is not permitted to perforate the pathways nor to attach anything to them with contact glue or similar.
During the stand assembling and dismantling period, it is obligatory that all excess material be removed.
The contracting party is liable for the loading and unloading of all material that they require for the celebration of the Conference. Under no circumstances may materials or objects be introduced into the halls which block or impede the hall exits.
Accommodation may be booked for stand mounting staff prior to the dates of the conference: the same conditions apply as for conference participants. Contact the Technical Secretary's Office by email to make your booking: stands.tecnimap@zaragoza.es
